How secure are the Members Community Credit Union transactions I perform over the Internet?

We take every precaution to ensure that your transactions are performed accurately and securely. CU@Home provides secure communications using 128-bit encryption security. We require the use of a browser which supports at least 128-bit encryption.

The browser that you are running determines which level of security will be used for your connection. If you are currently using a 40-bit encryption browser you will need to upgrade to a more secure 128-bit encryption browser, you can download the browser from either Netscape or Microsoft.

<>

What is encryption?

Encryption scrambles information before transmitting it over the Internet. This conversion of data makes it difficult for information to be intercepted by a third party.

<>

How can I be sure no one else can view my account information?

We require that you have a personal security code before using the Online Banking System. You can sign up for your security code on our secure online banking site. You can only access your account information by using this security code. For security purposes DO NOT share your security code with anyone else.

<>

Is there a fee for using the Online Banking System or Online Applications?

We are happy to provide our Internet Banking Services to you at no charge.

<>

How do I print a copy of a cancelled check?

You can print a copy of a cancelled check in CU@Home. Just login to your account and click on the checking account. Then click on the draft number(shown in blue) to view & print the check.

<>

Is there a fee to print a copy of a cancelled check from this website?

No. We are able to provide this service at no charge when accessed through CU@Home or Draft Imaging. However, there is a fee when you order a cancelled check copy through the credit union.

The gas company wants me to email them a copy of my cancelled check.
Can I do this?

Yes! To email a cancelled check copy, open the image of the check in CU@Home and click on “Save Page”. Then save a copy of the image to your hard drive. You can then attach this file to any email program. Please remember, however, that email is not transmitted over a secure server. It would be safer to print the cancelled check copy to mail to the company.
