Home Equity Loans
Our Home Equity Loan is a great way to get a low cost fixed rate loan while creating a possible tax savings! The rates are lower than most types of loans because the loan is secured by your home, and in most cases you will be able to deduct the interest you pay from your taxes.

The equity loan allows you to borrow up to 90% of the appraised value of your home for a maximum term of years. This loan is a great way to pay off high interest rate credit cards, finance an education, or make any major purchase. See our Rates section for additional information.

Home Equity Line

Our Home Equity Line has the same rate and tax saving advantages as the home equity loan since it is also secured by your home. The line is a variable interest rate loan that allows you access to up to 90% of the appraised value of your home for a specified number of years.

During this draw period you can use any available balance by writing a check that is drawn directly from the loan. At the end of the specified draw period, the period can be extended or a repayment period will be established. Payments are based on the current outstanding loan balance.

A home equity line gives you peace of mind because you know that if an emergency arises the money will be immediately available. Many members also use lines for Superbowl tickets and accommodations, new cars, and to fund their spontaneous ideas. See our rates section for additional information.

Credit Life and Disability Insurance

Credit Life and Disability Insurance is offered on all home equity loans. Credit Life protects your family in the event of your death by paying the balance of your loan. Credit Disability protects you should you become disabled by paying your monthly payments until you are able to work again (or paying the loan balance if totally disabled).
