We practice the credit union philosophy of people-helping-people and are committed to making every effort to further our involvement in the community and its organizations. With donation requests on the rise, we have implemented guidelines, as well as created this snazzy online form to help streamline the process.
If you are interested in a donation, please review the following guidelines before submitting your request. Members Community Credit Union reserves the right to consider each donation request on a case-by-case basis. Requests should be submitted no later than 30 days prior to deadline, please allow at least two weeks for review and processing.
Since money doesn’t grow on trees (darn it, right!?), it’s important we focus our efforts as best we can with the guidelines below. Please note, a decision to deny a request does not imply that the applicant’s program is not needed or worthy, but simply that it does not fall within our guidelines, priorities, or that funds are not available.
- Request submitted at least (30) days prior to deadline
- Must be non-profit or tax-exempt
- Contributions typically benefit one of the following:
- Community Development
- Health & Wellness
- Youth Activities
We will not consider donation requests from the following
- Faith-based organizations
- Political parties, candidates or causes
