Yay, you clicked, so you’re probably wanting to know the scoop on what being a board member means.

In a nutshell, the Board of Directors is a group of volunteers who are responsible for helping guide and oversee the direction of the credit union to make sure it’s interest is in the members they serve.

What is expected? You must be available to attend monthly meetings. Board meetings typically take place on the third Wednesday of the month at our main branch on Colorado Street. They start at 5:30pm and last about an hour depending on topics discussed. Dinner is also provided during that time.

Who can be a Board Member? Members 18 years or older that are in good standing with the Credit Union.
