We understand that times like these can be challenging. We are here to help with our Emergency Relief Skip-A-Pay program, where you may skip up to 2 consecutive months with processing fees waived.
- Existing loans (prior to March 1, 2020) must have had a minimum of one (1) payment made to be eligible
- New loans and first mortgages do NOT qualify
One deferment is a maximum of 4 consecutive weeks or 8 consecutive weeks if you select the 2-month option. Deferments will begin the first full week of the month selected. The deferred payment and the accrued interest will be made up at the end of the loan. Please note, if you have automatic payments coming from another financial, they will still be pulled and put into your savings account rather than applied to your loan for the month you selected to defer. GAP coverage may be affected, if applicable.
Forms must be submitted 1 week prior to the month you wish to defer.
