Use a touch-tone phone to do your banking
Maybe you say phooey to online banking because you like to do things old school, that’s cool with us. Or maybe you want to have an alternate method of checking your accounts, whatever your reason, ART may just be what you need. ART is short for Audio Response Teller, but if you want to think of it as a person named ART…go for it.
- Check balances
- Transfer money and/or make payments
- Write yourself a check to make a withdrawal
- Dividend and interest info
- Check your last 5 deposits or withdrawals
To access ART, call 877-466-4428 and follow the voice prompts. You will need to know your account number(s) and have an ART access code PIN to use ART. If you need to set up a PIN, please call us.
