Position: Part-time Member Service Representative (MSR)
Schedule: Flexible schedule of 25 hours per week, including Saturdays
Location: 159 Colorado Street in Muscatine, Iowa
At Members Community Credit Union, it’s more than banking, it’s belonging! We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Member Service Representative who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and providing the kind of personal service that makes our members feel at home. Responsibilities include processing transactions accurately, balancing a cash drawer, answering member questions, and connecting members with products and services to meet their financial needs. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working with people, and want to make a difference in your community, we’d love to meet you!
Candidate should have:
- Strong arithmetic and computer skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
- A genuine passion for providing excellent member service
- A minimum of 1 year of similar/related experience
- Bonus points if you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) — but not required!
