You can securely access your account whenever and wherever (but not when driving, that’s a no-no!) with our eBranch mobile app. With just a few taps you can have access to:
- Check balances and transactions
- Make transfers
- Deposit check(s) via Remote Deposit Capture
- Pay bills
- Set up mobile alerts
- Freeze/unfreeze debit card
- And more!
Note: You must be enrolled in eBranch (online banking) to use this app. It is free to access, but messaging and data rates may apply.

Alerts
Be in the KNOW with Account Alerts!
When it comes to money…the more you know, the better and mobile text alerts does just that.
Create alerts for low or high balances, loan payments, cleared checks, various transactions and more. You can even choose when you want to receive alerts or better yet when you don’t want to…like maybe when you’re catching some Zzzzs. Simply follow the steps below for help using a desktop browser. You can also create alerts within our mobile app but instructions will be slightly different.
Creating Alerts
- In eBranch go to “Self Service” and select “Mobile Alerts“
- Click “Add Alert“
- Select the alert type (deposit, low balance, loan payment due, etc.) then the account you wish to apply it to and amount.
Click the Add Alert Button to finalize your selections. - Repeat the steps above to create additional alerts.
Register Mobile Alert Number and Timespan
- In eBranch go to “Self Service” and select “Preferences“
- Click “Registered Mobile Alert Number“
- Update cell phone number if need be
- Select a timespan that works best for you or use the default 7:00am – 8:00pm.

Text Banking
The quick and easy way to access your account(s)!
Register your mobile phone number in eBranch following these simple steps. Go to Self Service > Preferences and select Registered Mobile Alert Number* and enter/update your cell number, finish by clicking the Update Mobile button.
Text the commands below to 319-519-4169 and enjoy having instant access to your account(s).
